Who We Are
Rishit Polysurf LLP is a speciality chemicals manufacturing company engaged in the production of emulsifiers and surfactants based on ethoxylation and propoxylation chemistries. The company manufactures a wide range of ethoxylates, propoxylates, EO–PO block copolymers, polyethylene glycols, and organic surface-active agents, catering to diverse industrial applications.
The manufacturing facility is located at GIDC, Dholka (Ahmedabad district, Gujarat) and operates in a moisture-free industrial zone with dedicated infrastructure for production, utilities, storage, and effluent treatment. Rishit Polysurf LLP serves industries including textiles, pharmaceuticals, lubricants, agrochemicals, detergents, personal care, paints, coatings, rubber processing, and polymer applications, with a focus on consistent quality and application-driven solutions .
Meet the Director
In 2020, Rishit Polysurf LLP was taken over by Mr. Pritesh Shah, who has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry. He is associated with Yash Chemex Limited and Yasons Chemex Care Limited, with experience spanning chemical trading, FMCG manufacturing, pigment paste production, and dye processing through ball milling operations.
Under his leadership, Rishit Polysurf LLP has been positioned as a backward-integrated manufacturing unit, strengthening supply reliability for downstream applications while maintaining independent manufacturing capabilities in speciality surfactants and emulsifiers .
Manufacturing Infrastructure
The manufacturing unit is spread across approximately 4,200 sq. meters and is equipped with dedicated facilities for production, utilities, storage, testing, and safety systems. The plant operates 24 hours and is supported by qualified technical and maintenance teams. Modern facility equipped with advanced Ethoxylation technology for precision chemical manufacturing
Enabling production of high-quality ethoxylates with consistent molecular weight distribution
Key infrastructure highlights include:
- 4 stirred stainless-steel reactors for ethoxylation and propoxylation (0.5 KL, 1.5 KL, 3.0 KL, and 5.0 KL)
- Stainless-steel blenders (5 KL and 10 KL capacity)
- Pressurised storage systems for ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with safety provisions
- In-house laboratory for raw material testing, in-process control, and final inspection
- ETP plant, nitrogen plant, utility block, and dedicated storage areas
- Reliable utilities supported by GIDC water supply, continuous GEB power, and 125 kVA DG backup
